Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of HR professionals
Serve as a trusted HR business partner to leaders and employees
Build a compensation framework, including a global model
Support VP, HR with workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and training
Coach leaders on best practices in employee relations and teamwork
Provide HR support and guidance to employees in the Americas and APAC regions
Generate and maintain HR reports to support business decisions
Participate in department projects and contribute to HR strategic planning
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Labour Relations or another related field
4-7 years of progressive HR experience
At least 1 year of management experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation / total rewards
Experience advising managers and leaders on handling complex employment matters
Self-starter with excellent organizational, time management skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products, including Teams and Sharepoint
Willingness to work flexible hours for time zone differences
