About the role

  • Sales Operations Analyst at Keystone Agency Partners supporting sales performance through data analysis and reporting. Collaborates with sales leadership to enhance operational efficiency and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for sales performance tracking, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Build and manage dashboards in Power BI to visualize sales trends and performance metrics for leadership and agency partners
  • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales processes
  • Partner with VPSE to design and implement data-driven strategies that improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Explore and support automation initiatives, including leveraging AI tools or building AI agents to streamline reporting and workflows
  • Assist in onboarding new sales personnel onto our sales tools and ensure accurate data capture for reporting purposes
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Support ad hoc projects related to sales operations and enablement as assigned by VPSE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools or basic experience in building AI-driven workflows
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across virtual teams
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Understanding of lead management, pipeline stages, and revenue forecasting
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Change Management: Experience implementing new tools or processes and driving adoption across teams
  • Financial Acumen: Comfort with revenue metrics, commission structures, and profitability analysis.
