Responsibilities

  • Act as the trusted product authority, empowering sales teams
  • Transform solution capabilities into compelling value stories
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Pricing
  • Uncover and qualify customer pain points and objectives
  • Contribute to proposal development, including solution design,
  • Define success criteria during Proof‑of‑Concept phases
  • Capture customer insights and market signals for product development
  • Partner with Product Leaders to align execution with product strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is a strong plus
  • 10+ years’ experience in sales or solution‑based selling
  • Strong understanding of solution portfolios
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Digital Retail Solutions (DRS), smart safes, self‑checkout, and ATMs
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities, projects, and timelines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion
