About the role

  • Sales Operations Specialist at Leads.io partnering with directors to enhance commercial performance. Structuring high-impact projects and analyzing sales data for strategic insights.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with Managing Directors and Commercial Directors to drive strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives
  • Structure and lead high-impact projects—developing work plans, analyzing data, and delivering actionable recommendations
  • Analyze sales performance and provide insights and reports that support strategic decisions
  • Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to build accurate forecasts and set achievable targets
  • Implement and manage sales technologies (e.g., CRM systems), providing strategic insight in key areas such as forecasting, rep productivity, leading indicators, and capacity planning
  • Maintain relationships with third-party CRM providers
  • Evaluate sales team performance, deliver actionable insights, and support sales managers in identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key sales metrics; maintain a regular cadence of reporting and support with data and analytics
  • Document and enforce essential processes and engagement rules to drive consistency and accountability across teams
  • Support onboarding and training of new sales team members by equipping them with tools, best practices, and performance expectations
