Responsibilities
Work alongside the Human Resources and/or Recruitment team to implement the HR strategy and goals
Assist in HR initiatives across the group
Analyze training requests and manage bookings
Assist in the On-boarding process for newcomers
Learn sourcing techniques within Technology and Consulting
Create job descriptions and manage responses
Support in sharing news on social media and maintaining the Keyrus website
Attend and help in the organization of HR & TA events and trainings
Assist in the implementation of strategic HR & TA projects
Requirements
Bachelor or Master preferably in business, HR, Psychology or any related field, studying at a Belgian school
Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential
Positive energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when talking to people
Ability to produce digestible and error-free content
Ability to work autonomously in a structured and organized way
Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest HR and recruitment trends
Affinity with technology and intellectual curiosity to understand its importance
