About the role

  • HR intern assisting the Human Resources and Recruitment teams at Keyrus. Implementing HR strategies, analyzing training requests, and supporting talent acquisition processes in Brussels.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Human Resources and/or Recruitment team to implement the HR strategy and goals
  • Assist in HR initiatives across the group
  • Analyze training requests and manage bookings
  • Assist in the On-boarding process for newcomers
  • Learn sourcing techniques within Technology and Consulting
  • Create job descriptions and manage responses
  • Support in sharing news on social media and maintaining the Keyrus website
  • Attend and help in the organization of HR & TA events and trainings
  • Assist in the implementation of strategic HR & TA projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master preferably in business, HR, Psychology or any related field, studying at a Belgian school
  • Fluency in Dutch and/or French and English is essential
  • Positive energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when talking to people
  • Ability to produce digestible and error-free content
  • Ability to work autonomously in a structured and organized way
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest HR and recruitment trends
  • Affinity with technology and intellectual curiosity to understand its importance
