Responsibilities
Support the Director, Mechanical and Plant Engineering in building and expanding the segment
Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
Acquire new clients to fill key positions and expand key accounts
Develop strategies together with the Director to identify and optimize potential
Manage existing clients and continuously develop key customer relationships
Lead recruitment projects for national and international mandates in cooperation with research specialists
Conduct targeted conversations with candidates, interim managers and clients
Act as a KEYPLAYER brand ambassador to fill high-profile positions at well-known brands
Establish close collaboration with the Senior Advisor Board
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience in the mechanical and plant engineering industry or in a consulting firm with a comparable industry focus
Affinity for sales and business development
