About the role
- Associate Director in automotive segment supporting Directors at KEYPLAYER Interim Management. Engaging in customer acquisition and management processes in the automotive and plant engineering sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director for Mechanical and Plant Engineering in building and expanding the segment
- Develop innovative ideas for a structured approach to the segment
- Professionally acquire and win new clients for key mandates
- Develop and implement strategies based on market observations
- Manage and expand existing client relationships
- Lead placement processes for (inter)national mandates
- Collaborate with research specialists and conduct candidate conversations
- Act as a KEYPLAYER brand ambassador and inspire clients

- Several years of hands-on professional experience in the mechanical and plant engineering industry or in management consulting with a comparable industry focus and a corresponding network
