Responsibilities
Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules and workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
Ensure compliance with best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all changes and configurations
Participate in Agile development processes
Support upgrades patches and new releases of the ServiceNow Platform
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
Basic Understanding of effective self-management practices
Working Knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
Basic Understanding of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
Basic Understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes
Basic Understanding of technical troubleshooting approaches
Working Knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle
Basic Understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems
Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies
