About the role

  • Onboarding & People Programs Manager at Pigment responsible for global onboarding programs and employee experiences. Involved in training compliance and talent development across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Run and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new hires globally
  • Ensure every new joiner quickly understands our product, culture, and how to be effective here
  • Build, maintain, and iterate a clear onboarding journey across the first week, month, and 90 days
  • Deliver a warm, thoughtful, and structured onboarding experience without overwhelming new hires
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, welcome presentations, and orientation programs
  • Continuously gather feedback and iterate on the experience
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure content is meaningful and relevant
  • Own and manage the company-wide L&D calendar — including recurring programs, speaker series, and learning events
  • Drive learner participation and track completion rates across core programs
  • Ensure that all Pigmenaut-led onboarding sessions are organized, facilitated, and that all content is up to date
  • Experiment with AI-driven learning and automation to scale internal training
  • Develop targeted programs that support ongoing growth across teams
  • Data analysis and insights: monitor and analyze trends in our internal learning data and build reporting dashboards
  • Own Pigment's skills development plan (Plan de développement des compétences): design, document, and submit in line with legal deadlines
  • Manage OPCO declarations and proactively recover training funds on behalf of the company
  • Promote the use of CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation); ensure obligations are communicated to employees and tracked
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance and accurate budget reporting
  • Stay up to date on developments in French labor law affecting training obligations
  • Create and maintain onboarding materials, documentation, guides, and playbooks
  • Keep onboarding content continuously updated as the company evolves
  • Build scalable enablement assets: videos, decks, learning modules, and AI-driven resources
  • Collaborate across the People Team, Revenue Enablement Team, leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Translate technical topics into engaging learning experiences
  • Work with managers to help them onboard their teams effectively
  • Coach managers and help build role-specific onboarding tracks

Requirements

  • You enjoy building systems, frameworks, and programs from scratch and iterating on them
  • You are highly organized, know how to prioritize, and are comfortable managing complex projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to identify the right problems to solve
  • Knowledge of key areas of the employee lifecycle and how they interact
  • Working knowledge of the Plan de développement des compétences, OPCO funding mechanisms, and CPF (Compte Personnel de Formation) obligations
  • Able to navigate compliance requirements without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
  • You care deeply about the experience people have when joining a company
  • You know how to create moments that feel thoughtful and human and that set us apart from other tech companies
  • Understanding of culture change and change management
  • Strong presentation skills — you enjoy creating decks, presentations, and learning content
  • Comfortable facilitating sessions and presenting to groups at all levels
  • You challenge the status quo and enjoy experimenting with new approaches
  • You are genuinely excited about using AI to reinvent how organizations learn and onboard
  • Comfortable with a variety of learning technologies, tools, and AI
  • Fluent in French and English
