Responsibilities
Support and execution of administrative processes for institutional and project-specific workflows in close collaboration with producers and the central administration of KBB.

Preparation and implementation of administrative procedures in projects, with a particular focus on performative practices.
Organization of travel and hotel bookings in close coordination with the production team, including direct communication with artists.
Support in communications with artists, curators, external service providers and companies.
Assistance in the delivery of events, particularly guest services and hospitality.
Requirements
Current enrollment in a degree program in subjects related to the duties or thematic work of the department and institution (e.g., Art & Culture)
Independent, organized and detail-oriented working style
German and English language skills at C1 level (CEFR); additional language skills are an advantage
Confident use of MS Office 365
