Responsibilities

  • Shape, contribute to, and participate in content and strategy.
  • Conceptualize and implement posts for HKW’s social channels: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Daily maintenance of social channels and community management
  • Plan and produce (including editing & post-production) audiovisual content (interviews, short photo series, clips)
  • Commission and collaborate with designers (internal and external)
  • Implement established strategies to increase user numbers and optimize the content and tone of communication
  • Develop and run new social media campaigns and formats
  • Source, create, select and prepare appropriate texts, photos or video material, including clarifying copyrights when using images or text sources
  • Cross-departmental collaboration with internal and external partners
