Responsibilities
Support the Head of Marketing in daily operational tasks
Ensure smooth execution of all administrative and organizational processes
Coordinate appointments, meetings and workshops
Take minutes and efficiently prepare and follow up on meetings
Organize regular team meetings and ensure structured internal alignment
Manage budgets, purchase orders and invoices
Ensure transparent and reliable control of administrative workflows
Professionally prepare presentations, reports and decision documents
Update project overviews, calendars and document repositories
Support internal communication initiatives and marketing projects
Serve as a key interface between Marketing, other departments and external partners
Organize and process business travel and ensure smooth handling of all related processes
Responsible for general office and administrative tasks for the entire marketing team
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in an assistant or team support role desirable
Very good MS Office skills
Basic understanding of marketing processes and structures
Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and solution-oriented thinking
Confident written and spoken communication in German and English
