Responsibilities
You actively build new partnerships with cooperative banks (Genossenschaftsbanken) and savings banks (Sparkassen) and further develop existing relationships
You develop and are responsible for our sales strategy for the regional banking sector as well as for factoring and leasing companies
You demonstrate the value of our digital manufactory to banks and support them during onboarding and in operational use
You work closely with our Business Development, Product and Key Account Management teams
You monitor market and competitive developments and identify opportunities
You are responsible for KPIs, volumes and reporting for your area
You ensure that the quality standard for financing projects is met and maintained throughout the process
Requirements
Several years of experience in the corporate banking segment, in sales, credit analysis and/or business development
Very good understanding of banks’ structures, processes and requirements
A solid network within the banking sector — or a clear ability to build one
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for digital platform solutions
Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
