You guide new Sparkassen and distribution partners through technical onboarding and act as their competent point of contact
You strengthen long-term customer relationships — together with Sales and Product Management
You work digital-first: video chat, email, phone — efficiently, empathetically, on point
You actively contribute to the further development of our support processes
Requirements
Vocational training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in mortgage financing and certification under §34i GewO would be nice, but are not mandatory
Nice-to-have: experience in platform business or knowledge of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
Interest in technical topics and a desire to really understand things
Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
Confident use of MS Office, ideally also experience with CRM systems
