Responsibilities

  • You think creatively and base decisions on data to shape our Customer & User Experience
  • You identify the needs and pain points of our customers
  • You design customer journeys and manage related projects
  • You initiate and lead projects to improve the customer experience
  • You support the ongoing development of digital touchpoints
  • You drive standardization and productivity improvements

Requirements

  • University degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Marketing/Communications) or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in Customer Experience, User Experience, or a similar field
  • Method knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, Journey Mapping, and agile working methods
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
