About the role

  • Strategic leadership role at Cheffelo to drive 1:1 customer acquisition growth through personalized channels. Focusing on data-driven customer journeys in the meal kit delivery industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own the 1:1 customer acquisition growth strategy across customer-facing channels – from email and app to SMS and telemarketing
  • Design and execute personalised campaigns across the customer journey – specifically accountable for driving acquisition and reactivation
  • Leverage data, insights and predictive models to power segmentation, targeting and optimisation
  • Build the tools and infrastructure to test, measure, and scale what works – across brands and markets

Requirements

  • Fließend in Englisch – eine skandinavische Sprache ist ein Plus
  • Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im CRM, Marketing-Automatisierung oder Kundenanalyse, idealerweise in einem DTC- oder abonnementbasierten Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung mit CDPs und Plattformen wie Braze, SFMC, Adobe, Bloomreach oder Voyado
  • Kombinieren strategisches Denken mit einem praktischen Ansatz – Sie scheuen sich nicht, in die Daten oder die Werkzeuge einzutauchen
