Responsibilities
Define and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands within the SEAT region.
Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring timely updates and enhancements.
Work closely with sales, clinical, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure product success and market fit.
Lead the planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
Develop training materials and support the sales force and clinical teams with product knowledge and positioning.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and end-users to gather insights and build strong relationships.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue and growth targets.
Manage product marketing budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred for Senior roles.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in product management or marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of the medical device market, clinical environments, and regulatory requirements, particularly in SEAT or similar regions.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective product strategies that drive growth and market share.
Competent in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, KOLs, and senior management.
Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach with experiences working across diverse culture.
