About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Specialist sourcing qualified candidates for Kardex Group's growth strategy. Involves networking, candidate engagement, and operational recruitment processes focused on technology and management.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and approaching qualified candidates through active searching, networking, and using online platforms
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool for future hires
  • Supporting the operational recruitment process in line with the candidate journey
  • Using a multi-channel sourcing strategy to search for talent
  • Conducting structured pre-calls and interviews

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial qualification
  • Proven initial professional experience as a recruiter in industry and/or in the recruitment department of a headhunter company
  • Passion for searching for talent and a good sense for personalities with development potential
  • Confidence and experience in active sourcing
  • Initial experience in conducting structured interviews in the technology environment, as well as at management level
  • Fluent written and spoken English, another language especially from Asia is a plus
