Responsibilities
Lead the commercialization of Mastercard MOVE for the Assigned Targets.
Build and maintain the Sales plan for the Assigned Targets.
Develop tailored value proposition and TS narrative for the Assigned Targets.
Work in close relationship with all stakeholders to execute the plan and to identify new opportunities.
Support the Regional Team defining, tracking, reporting and communicating commercial and financial KPIs.
Build business cases, develop new business models, sign agreements/partnership to improve Transfer Solutions’ footprint.
Maintain Budgeting cycle updated and aligned with the Strategy for Assigned Targets.
Leverage market analysis and insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
Advocates for and champions Mastercard MOVE internally and externally.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Drive actions to enhance the performance metrics of Mastercard Move use cases.
Requirements
A successful track record of managing sales objectives across multiple markets.
Proven experience translating strategies into clear action plans for multiple markets.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with a range of payment network technologies and ecosystems.
Experience in Cross Border Payments or Card push payments is required.
Experience executing sales across various payment types, technologies, and customer segments.
Self-motivation and the ability to complete complex tasks with limited direction.
Proficiency in English is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
