Responsibilities

  • Guide People strategy during a pivotal stage of post-commercialization growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive People strategy
  • Provide oversight of employee relations and day-to-day HR partnership
  • Ensure governance and alignment of the company’s leveling and compensation framework

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success scaling teams from approximately 50 to over 200 employees
  • Familiarity with FDA, ISO, and QMS environments
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
