This position assists with scheduling, interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications for lateral attorney hires.
The Assistant collaborates with recruiting professionals, attorneys, and business staff to ensure a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience.
This role also provides administrative support for pipeline programs and firmwide recruiting projects, contributing to the departments overall efficiency and success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (viDesktop preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak recruiting seasons.
