  • The Lateral Associate Recruiting Assistant supports Jackson Walker's attorney recruiting initiatives with a focus on lateral associate hiring and integration.
  • This position assists with scheduling, interview coordination, onboarding logistics, and candidate communications for lateral attorney hires.
  • The Assistant collaborates with recruiting professionals, attorneys, and business staff to ensure a seamless hiring process and positive candidate experience.
  • This role also provides administrative support for pipeline programs and firmwide recruiting projects, contributing to the departments overall efficiency and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or recruiting experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (viDesktop preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak recruiting seasons.
