About the role

  • Process phonecalls & tickets
  • Editing tickets
  • Answering product-related questions
  • Provide feedback to the customers in using German language
  • Conception and creation of support articles and videos
  • Coordination and communication with the developers

Requirements

  • Customer facing experience
  • Fluent in English & German (both writing & speaking)
  • Problem-solving skills and technical understanding of products and systems
  • Strong communication skills in customer contact
  • Reliability and independence in handling tasks
  • Nice to have: Background in economics, computer science, business administration, or similar (Bachelor/Master).
