About the role

  • Customer Success Manager ensuring optimal use of JUPUS for clients in the Legal Tech industry. Driving client retention and identifying upsell opportunities in a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are the primary point of contact for our existing clients and ensure they integrate JUPUS into their daily workflows as effectively as possible.
  • You identify ways our clients can use JUPUS more efficiently and help them discover additional features and tailored solutions.
  • You work proactively to prevent churn by advising clients early and offering solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • You conduct strategic conversations to maximize the individual value for each law firm.
  • You analyze customer behavior and the health score to develop data-driven actions for retention and expansion.
  • You collaborate closely with the product, sales, and support teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into JUPUS’s ongoing development.
  • You conduct targeted win-back conversations with customers who have already canceled and actively work on their re-acquisition.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer communication: You are empathetic, persuasive, and know how to build long-term relationships.
  • Sales aptitude: You can demonstrate value, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively act on them.
  • Experience in Customer Growth, Retention & Expansion: You have 1–2 years in a comparable role and bring valuable experience.
  • Strategic thinking: You understand customer needs, recognize patterns, and develop sustainable solutions for long-term adoption.
  • Initiative & ownership: You take action, independently seek solutions, and actively drive results.
  • Data-driven working style: You use analyses and KPIs to make well-founded decisions about customer strategy.
  • Startup mentality: You enjoy dynamic environments, have a hands-on mentality, and want to make a real impact!
  • German at C2 level in spoken and written form; good English is a plus.
