About the role

  • Customer Growth Manager ensuring best use of JUPUS by existing clients in a growing Legal Tech company. Proactively improving customer retention and discovering additional functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • You are the central point of contact for our existing customers and ensure they integrate JUPUS into their daily work as effectively as possible.
  • You identify opportunities for customers to use JUPUS more efficiently and help them discover additional features and tailored solutions.
  • You proactively work to prevent churn by advising customers early and offering solutions to any challenges.
  • You conduct strategic conversations to maximize the individual value for each law firm.
  • You analyze customer behavior and the health score to develop data-driven measures for retention and expansion.
  • You work closely with the Product, Sales, and Support teams to channel customer feedback into the further development of JUPUS.
  • You carry out targeted win-back conversations with customers who have already canceled and actively work on their reactivation.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer communication: You are empathetic, persuasive, and skilled at building long-term relationships.
  • Sales aptitude: You can demonstrate value, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively pursue them.
  • Experience in Customer Growth, Retention & Expansion: You have 1–2 years in a comparable role and bring valuable experience.
  • Strategic thinking: You understand customer needs, recognize patterns, and develop sustainable solutions for long-term adoption.
  • Initiative & ownership: You take action, search for solutions independently, and actively drive success.
  • Data-driven approach: You use analyses and KPIs to make well-founded decisions for customer strategy.
  • Startup mentality: You enjoy a dynamic environment, have a hands-on mentality, and want to make a real impact!
  • German at C2 level (spoken and written); good English is a plus.
