Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist guest groups from check-in to check-out
  • Advise and support guests with questions and requests
  • Provide friendly guidance to prospective guests — from room reservations to selecting program offerings
  • Accept and process bookings year-round
  • Invoicing and cash handling

Requirements

  • Vocational training or experience in the hotel or tourism sector
  • Computer-literate, articulate, and service-oriented
  • Excellent spoken and written German and English
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • A hospitable host with enthusiasm for outdoor activities and the mountains in and around Garmisch
  • Service-oriented and friendly manner when interacting with guests
