Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage candidates
  • Proactively build and maintain strategic talent pipelines
  • Advise on best practices for interview processes and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with immigration requirements
  • Provide market insights on compensation trends
  • Represent Jua.ai at events and run branding initiatives
  • Support People Operations projects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience
  • 3+ years in Switzerland hiring engineering and technical talent
  • Ability to assess and discuss technical concepts
  • Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem
  • Proven track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Basic knowledge of Swiss labour law
  • Experience partnering with founders in high-growth startups
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
