Responsibilities

  • Own the recruiting lifecycle: manage the full-cycle recruiting process for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Be a strategic thought partner: work directly with the VP of People & Culture and hiring managers to develop our hiring strategy.
  • Build the foundation: optimize our ATS (Workable), create and implement interview guides, and develop training for hiring managers.
  • Source top talent: proactively find and engage exceptional candidates for high-impact roles.
  • Champion the candidate experience: ensure all candidates have a positive and transparent experience.
  • Experiment with AI & technology: explore and experiment with modern recruiting tools, including AI.
  • Leverage Data: own the recruiting dashboard to provide actionable insights about pipeline health and hiring efforts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a strong focus on technical roles.
  • Technically minded: you can grasp the nuances between different tech stacks and frameworks.
  • A market investigator: you're always digging into new markets, exploring talent pools, and staying on top of the latest trends.
  • A human-centred technologist: excited to leverage AI and modern tools to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Adaptable: seamlessly transition between recruiting for a Staff Engineer and a Marketing Manager.
  • Process-Oriented: motivated by the opportunity to build and optimize recruiting processes.
  • A true relationship builder: excel at creating genuine connections with candidates and hiring managers.
  • An effective communicator: communicate with clarity and precision, influencing leaders with data and insights.
