Sales representative handling service solutions for fire protection systems in Germany. Collaborating closely with service team and managing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Sales of service offerings (extensions, modifications, repairs) for fixed fire suppression systems, including the development of technical solutions
Sales of maintenance contracts, including extensions of existing contracts
Close collaboration with the service team
Advising and supporting existing customers and chain accounts
Follow-up on proposals and preparation of baseline data for order-intake forecasting
Maintenance and monitoring of data in Salesforce
Contract award negotiations and customer correspondence
Acquisition of new service customers
Ensuring order intake in the assigned sales territory
Cross-selling
Participation in trade fairs, etc.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or technical qualification
Experience in technical fire protection for systems — primarily water-based fire suppression systems
Previous sales experience / knowledge in preparing quotations
Knowledge of VdS and FM guidelines related to fire extinguishing systems
Good PC skills and proficiency with MS Office
High level of teamwork, flexibility, strong commitment and willingness to travel
Willingness to regularly participate in internal and external training
Confident and professional demeanor
Valid driver's license (Class B / car)
