Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong expertise in advanced sourcing and assessment techniques.
  • Knowledge of the Belgian and international labor markets.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Fluent in French; strong proficiency in English.
