- Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting full cycle recruitment for Teradyne in Asia-Pacific region. Engaging with hiring teams and managing talent acquisition processes in a high-tech industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide essential HR talent acquisition support across the company
- Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including planning, intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Work closely with hiring managers to identify requirements and conduct regular follow-up with managers
- Perform end-to-end recruitment for Taiwan requisitions across business units
- Devising and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential candidates
- Proactively communicate recruiting status and feedback to candidates and hiring teams
- Create salary proposals and extend, negotiate offers with candidates
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging
- Ensure the recruitment process is completed in an efficient manner
- Manage recruitment related reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function
- Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on full cycle recruitment process.
Requirements
- 5+ years recruitment experience in the high-tech industry
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times
- Good at proactive candidates sourcing, capturing market insights
- Good command of English
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Bachelor' s in Human Resources or relevant field.
