Senior Talent Acquisition Partner supporting full cycle recruitment for Teradyne in Asia-Pacific region. Engaging with hiring teams and managing talent acquisition processes in a high-tech industry.
Responsibilities
Provide essential HR talent acquisition support across the company
Responsible for full cycle recruitment, including planning, intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to identify requirements and conduct regular follow-up with managers
Perform end-to-end recruitment for Taiwan requisitions across business units
Devising and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential candidates
Proactively communicate recruiting status and feedback to candidates and hiring teams
Create salary proposals and extend, negotiate offers with candidates
Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging
Ensure the recruitment process is completed in an efficient manner
Manage recruitment related reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function
Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on full cycle recruitment process.
Requirements
5+ years recruitment experience in the high-tech industry
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently
Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and delivering within tight turn-around times
Good at proactive candidates sourcing, capturing market insights
Good command of English
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Bachelor' s in Human Resources or relevant field.
