About the role

  • Administrative Assistant providing essential support to the team at Syntax. Coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and handling office logistics for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, planning, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Handle data entry, record-keeping.
  • Assist in tracking project deliverables and deadlines.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Support communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and managing access requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, SAP, or project management software).
