Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new business through networking, industry events, social media outreach, and proactive cold calling
Respond to customer service and sales enquiries as required
Build long‑term partnerships across property, energy, and infrastructure sectors
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and support pricing strategies
Follow up customer proposals, quotes, and leads to close new business
Engage regularly with key clients to understand satisfaction levels, explore growth opportunities, and support ongoing service needs
Work with the help desk to resolve customer issues efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales activity, pipeline, and projections
Share industry insights, including emerging trends and technologies
Achievement of annual sales and revenue targets
Requirements
5+ years in sales roles, ideally in technology, energy, utilities, motor trade, or property sectors
Proven ability to build and strengthen relationships at all organisational levels
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (desirable)
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets in a B2B environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Full New Zealand driver’s licence
