Responsibilities
During your 18- to 24-month trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of Uniper’s business, its value drivers, and the business environment
You will spend the first six months of your trainee program in Renewables – Asset Commercialization and will then transition flexibly within the company according to your personal career development and interests
You will design your personal deployment plan and be supported by your assigned mentor
You will learn from experts across Uniper, build networks, contribute your ideas, and work on your own projects
You will support Uniper’s renewables mission by actively driving project development activities, supporting the engineering design team, contributing to the development of our market strategies across Europe, assisting in the development of new business models and technologies, and supporting the commercial asset management of our renewables portfolio.
Requirements
University degree (e.g., social sciences, engineering, IT, economics), preferably with a focus on renewable energy, or an equivalent qualification
Initial practical experience through internships and/or working-student roles, ideally including intercultural experience
Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment; initiative and proactivity when working in different teams
Strong communication skills and the ability and willingness to engage with diverse stakeholders, combined with analytical skills
Fluent English is required; German skills are an advantage.
