About the role

  • Senior Business Development Manager handling Myopia Management sales for optical retailers in the South West. Collaborating with clients and teams to increase product adoption and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling the Myopia portfolio into optical retailers
  • Drive activation and adoption of myopia management products within targeted accounts
  • Build strong partnerships with CV customer business teams
  • Maintain relationships with sales leadership and strategic customers
  • Organize and deliver regional and store level training programmes for Myopia
  • Represent CV at seminars, exhibitions, and meetings

Requirements

  • Expert level of customer relationship and business development
  • Myopia management and contact lens category knowledge
  • Strong product knowledge in myopia management
  • Sales, communication, and optometry skills
  • Ability to manage a large geographical sales area
  • Results orientated, entrepreneurial, tenacious, and resilient
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce at intermediate to advanced level
  • Full, clean driving license required
