About the role

  • Network Operations Engineer responsible for monitoring network health and resolving incidents at Atos. Collaborating with teams using tools to manage network performance.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time network health and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents.
  • Implement basic configuration changes on Cisco networking equipment.
  • Manage alerts, tickets, and operational reports using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and related tools.
  • Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated operational documentation.
  • Participate in major incident management and high-priority situations.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
  • Strong command of BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SSH, and FTP.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Splunk, or Infoblox.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical English level.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in NOC functions or similar network operations roles.
