Responsibilities
Monitor real-time network health and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2/3 network incidents.
Implement basic configuration changes on Cisco networking equipment.
Manage alerts, tickets, and operational reports using ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, and related tools.
Diagnose connectivity, routing, and performance issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate and updated operational documentation.
Participate in major incident management and high-priority situations.
Requirements
Advanced knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
Strong command of BGP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Telnet, SSH, and FTP.
Hands-on experience with monitoring platforms such as ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime, Splunk, or Infoblox.
Intermediate to advanced technical English level.
Ability to work under pressure, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience in NOC functions or similar network operations roles.
