Responsibilities

  • lead capability development across Government & Parliamentary Services by designing training programs
  • drive business improvements through client-focused insights and emerging technologies
  • deliver analytics and intelligence on emerging Government and Parliamentary issues
  • build strategic partnerships with Learning & Development and Business Intelligence teams
  • establish standardized ways of working through development of guidelines, templates, and reference materials
  • set vision and purpose for the team with a focus on capability uplift and employee engagement

Requirements

  • strategic thinker with demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide capability building activities across diverse teams
  • skilled in capability development, strategic insights management, and driving process reform in large, fast-paced, politically sensitive environments
  • strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence at executive levels
  • excellent analytical skills and ability to make complex information clear and actionable
  • understanding of State Government systems, Ministerial Offices, Parliament, and Machinery of Government
