About the role

  • Primavera P6 Administrator at Sydney Trains optimizing project delivery processes. Collaborating with project teams to enhance system efficiency and support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • working as part of a small, specialised team as a Primavera System Coordinator
  • responsible for system administration and providing subject matter expertise for Sydney Trains Enterprise Project system (i.e. Primavera P6)
  • optimise the integrated planning and delivery of more than 1,000 Major Periodic Maintenance, Capital and External projects per year
  • integral to continuous improvement practices for Sydney Trains processes and systems
  • assisting project teams in developing the optimal to-be state

Requirements

  • project scheduling experience, ideally in Primavera P6
  • experience with SAP, MS Excel
  • BI reporting will be an added advantage
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders
  • solid understanding of project management best practices including managing cost, resources, and time
  • ability to coordinate and deliver training sessions to a range of users
