Responsibilities
working as part of a small, specialised team as a Primavera System Coordinator
responsible for system administration and providing subject matter expertise for Sydney Trains Enterprise Project system (i.e. Primavera P6)
optimise the integrated planning and delivery of more than 1,000 Major Periodic Maintenance, Capital and External projects per year
integral to continuous improvement practices for Sydney Trains processes and systems
assisting project teams in developing the optimal to-be state
Requirements
project scheduling experience, ideally in Primavera P6
experience with SAP, MS Excel
BI reporting will be an added advantage
strong written and verbal communication skills
comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders
solid understanding of project management best practices including managing cost, resources, and time
ability to coordinate and deliver training sessions to a range of users
