- Lead Sydney Metro’s interests across a complex station precinct focusing on strata, BMS and facilities management
- Manage stakeholder relationships with owners corporations, strata and building managers
- Oversee operation of shared facilities and back of house areas
- Engage with key third party stakeholders including developers and local government
- Monitor adjacent construction and delivery works for safety and performance
Requirements
- Experience in working with strata, building and facilities managers on complex commercial or transport assets
- Comfortable representing an owner’s interests in BMS, strata and facilities management forums
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret property, contractual and technical information
- Experience with clear communication, negotiation and issues management
