Responsibilities
Lead the assortment and buying strategy across all collections and channels – ensuring every store has the right product at the right time.
Shape the product direction using insight, consumer intuition, market trends and bold commercial thinking combining sales insights, trend forecasting, and local customer understanding to influence global direction.
Influence global product decisions by bringing strong ANZ perspective, grounded insights and product opportunities forward
Partner cross-functionally with VM, Marketing, Training, and Retail to bring our product stories to life.
Analyse performance and lead actions that maximise sales, profitability, and inventory health.
Drive continual improvement in assortment effectiveness and category growth
Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team of assortment planners – building future merchandising leaders.
Requirements
A strategic product leader with strong buying or merchandising experience
Commercially brave – comfortable making decisions that drive growth, not just protect the plan
Passion for product storytelling and understanding what unlocks customer demand
Strong analytical capability combined with intuition and curiosity
Proven ability to challenge, influence and inspire cross-functional partners
A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and loves to “own the space”
