About the role

  • Manager of Business Support overseeing claims processing at Walmart Global Tech in India. Driving quality and consistent improvement in casualty and liability claims management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission
  • Drives quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across casualty and liability claim portfolios
  • Leads aggregate claim review analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • 10–12 years of experience in claims processing or insurance operations
  • 5+ years of operations management experience leading large operational or enablement teams
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Experience across varied claim segments (e.g., fast-track, major case unit, specialty cases) and reserve adequacy evaluations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading AI/digital initiatives in operations is a plus.
