Responsibilities
Ensuring adherence to all risk and compliance procedures and controls
Meeting or exceeding the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance
Proactively identifying process gaps and implementing internal controls
Regularly reviewing processing effectiveness and implementing enhancements
Ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of key outputs
Resolving or escalating complex issues to Managers or Business Heads
Keeping the team informed about policy, procedural, operational, and training updates
Demonstrating a clear understanding of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
Requirements
8 years of Bank guarantees experience
CSDG certified candidate preferred
Excellent knowledge of multiple Trade products and processes
Working knowledge of ICC rules (UCP/ISBP/URC etc)
CDCS / CSDG certification preferred
Understanding of back office operations, audits, risk.
Ability to work in all shifts as per business requirement
