Responsibilities
Gestionar los movimientos de stock , garantizando los niveles adecuados de disponibilidad, cantidad y calidad para cubrir las necesidades de todos los canales de venta de la compañía
Liderar, formar y desarrollar al equipo de almacén (+15 personas), fomentando un entorno de alto rendimiento y profesionalización del área logística
Velar por la excelencia en la gestión de pedidos , asegurando una experiencia óptima para el cliente desde la solicitud del pedido hasta su recepción
Realizar análisis operativos , seguimiento de indicadores y desarrollo de planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos del área logística y mejorar continuamente los procesos del almacén
Requirements
Experiencia mínima de 4 años como responsable de almacén o logística
Experiencia demostrable en gestión y liderazgo de equipos amplios
Formación en ADE, Logística, Supply Chain o similar
Perfil con iniciativa, responsabilidad, capacidad organizativa y orientación a resultados
Persona dinámica, con habilidades de planificación y mejora de procesos

Salario fijo competitivo (a partir de 30.000 €) + variable y bonus de empresa
Horario partido , con dos horas de descanso a mediodía
Se trabajan dos sábados al mes , compensados con un día libre entre semana por cada sábado trabajado
