Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, consistently delivering results and smooth daily operations.
Skilled at leading and coaching a diverse rōpū (team), focusing on whakawhanaketanga (development) and building a strong team culture.
Ngā uara (values) that reflect a strong commitment to haumaru (safety), always thinking about the kiritaki (customer), and a belief in encouraging your team to whakatōmene ake (reach higher) every day
The ability to foster strong relationships with team members, peers, customers and leaders
Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management, including wage control.
