Responsibilities
You will independently manage our key accounts within the German grocery retail sector.
You drive effective collaboration and act as a catalyst for sustainable growth of our branded products in grocery retail and discount channels.
Through regular analysis of market conditions and data, you develop measures that help us achieve our marketing and corporate objectives.
You lead national and regional negotiations and discussions with retail buying offices and optimize our product portfolio for profitability and growth.
You maintain and expand retail sales contacts in collaboration with our Sales and Category Management teams.
In cooperation with Supply Chain Management, you plan both quantities and sales (promotion and core assortments).
You contribute to cross-departmental projects and meetings to review and optimize internal workflows and processes.
Requirements
You are familiar with the German grocery retail sector and FMCG categories—experience with fresh products is a plus.
A degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification, including further professional development, forms the basis of your profile.
You have professional experience as a Key Account Manager and have proven experience in operationally managing retailer buying offices.
You enjoy conducting market and customer analyses and developing action plans.
You are action-oriented and decisive.
You are proficient with relevant sales and planning tools (MS Office, YouGov, Circana, SAP, etc.).
Category management and marketing know-how are part of your skill set.
You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication—both within the team and with customers.
