- 7 years Progressive Leadership - Required -OR- Complete the Franciscan Post Graduate Administrative Fellowship program
- 3 years Technology or Informatics - Preferred
- 2 years Acute care Experience - Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board - Preferred
- Certified as required by specialization - Preferred
