Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients and handle payroll processes
Build and maintain relationships with clients

Provide ongoing payroll support and guidance to clients
Support and mentor junior team members
Requirements
2+ years of payroll experience with a Maltese company
Formal tertiary education in a related field
Fluency in English at C2/native level, both written and spoken
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
Experience with Shireburn Indigo is considered an asset
Proficient in MS365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
