About the role

  • Analista de Folha de Pagamento JR at Bernhoeft maintaining payroll excellence and supporting personnel department needs. Involves admissions, dismissal processes, and legal compliance in payroll.

Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, vacation and leave processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies;
  • Process electronic timekeeping data and assist in generating files for bank integration;
  • Manage benefits such as transportation voucher (VT), meal allowance (VR), health insurance, and statutory obligations;
  • Prepare reports such as vacation accruals and 13th salary provision to support management;
  • Propose and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields;
  • Previous experience with payroll processing;
  • Familiarity with HR/personnel management systems;
  • Experience in Personnel/HR, preferably in a BPO environment;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Experience with LG, SCI, and Domínio systems is a plus;
