Requirements
- 3-4 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law.
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued.
- A strong interest in HR, especially in payroll management and employment legislation.
- Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications.
- A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‑oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills.
- A problem-solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour — we appreciate people who bring their own style and energy to the team.
- Spanish and fluency in English is essential.
