About the role

  • Payroll Analyst ensuring compliance and quality in payroll processes for BPO environment. Collaborating on payroll activities with a focus on improvement and technical autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Process high-volume hires, terminations, vacations and leaves
  • Perform complete payroll closing in the LG system
  • Process electronic time and attendance and generate files for bank integration
  • Manage and administer benefits (commuter voucher - VT, meal voucher - VR, health plan) and legal obligations
  • Prepare management reports such as vacation accruals and 13th salary provisions
  • Drive continuous process improvement and support automation initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
  • Solid experience as a Payroll Analyst (Mid or Senior level)
  • Mandatory experience in a BPO environment
  • Proficiency in the LG system
  • Knowledge of eSocial, DCTFWeb and FGTS Digital
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
