About the role

  • Payroll Analyst at Bernhoeft managing payroll processes and supporting HR operations with a focus on compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct admissions/onboarding, terminations, vacation and leave processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation
  • Manage verification of electronic time records, supporting payroll processing
  • Administer benefits such as transportation (VT), meal (VR), health plan and other statutory obligations
  • Prepare reports and provisions (vacation and 13th salary — annual bonus)
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in department processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields
  • Previous experience with Payroll
  • Familiarity with HR/personnel systems
  • Experience in HR/personnel, preferably in a BPO environment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with digital HR tools
  • Proactive engagement in improvement or process automation projects
